  Venue information will appear within search results, above Basic Listing venues.  
     
  Additionally, venues can list details of up to 4 rooms - the following may be stored for each room:  
     
 
Room Photograph.  
 
Room Type (Conference, Training and/or Meeting).  
 
Hire Options (Full Day, Half Day, Hourly, Evening, Weekend).  
 
Minimum Number of Delegates.  
 
Maximum Number of Delegates.  
 
Room Size and Layout (Banquet, Boardroom, Classroom, Meeting, Theatre, U Shape).  
       
  ADDITIONAL FEATURES  
       
 
Within the Priority Listing we display a Google Map hyperlink to your venue.  
 

   
 
Venues can download HTML code to produce a selection of hyperlinks / banner adverts to promote their Conference, Meeting and / or Training Rooms. These adverts can be placed on any website and will link to display the venue's listing in our database. View sample adverts - click here.  
       
 
Venues can also use a tool to produce a hyperlink that can be pasted into any e-mail message. The hyperlink will link to display the venue's listing in our database (ideal for e-marketing campaigns).  
       
 
It is also possible for venues to display their real-time listing on any website. This is done by using a tool to copy the HTML code into the required webpage.  
       
 
Venues can advertise the services of other businesses by adding recommended hyperlinks relating to the following categories: Hotel Accommodation; B & B Accommodation; Event Management; Corporate Entertainment; Taxi Hire; Coach Hire; Eating Out; Miscellaneous. Recommended hyperlinks appear within the venue profile.  
       
 
Venues with a Priority Listing receive free technical support and advice relating to the above HTML and e-marketing tools.
